Explanation 'Fischertechnikclub Nederland Member Information Program'
First
Because of the privacy law you participate voluntarily, the only requirement is that you have a membership at the 'fischertechnikclub Nederland'.This program was created after questions at a member meeting where members asked to share knowledge of certain matters in a group.
Some members also found it useful to be able to see the distance to other people in order to carpool with each other.
Only as a board should we not just distribute anyone's data.
Then the undersigned came up with the idea to make this application, so that there are no people in between to record data in, for example, an excel sheet.
It is now also the case that if you say I am no longer participating, then you click on not participating and you will immediately no longer receive any mail from other persons (provided that your data has not been taken over in another way).< br>
what is in the database at all times, even if you log out (only when you cancel your membership of the fischertechnikclub, all data will be deleted from you.

Login
To log in for the first time you only need your email address, which is your login name for this application.You have not been given a password, you must create one yourself.
Because at the login window, press forgot password.
Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a link to change your password.
Only the email address must be correct in the database otherwise you will never be logged in.
The email (which you will receive shortly) contains a link which you use.
Enter your email address and the code provided in the email
after that you will get a screen where you have to enter your password twice.
If you forget your password in the future, you will know how to replace it.
Fill details
Nothing is required but....If you live in the Netherlands it will be a bit easier.
Select 'Netherlands' of course, this is also the default value.
Please enter your zip code.
Please enter your house number.
Enter your addition (if you have one).
Press the next image and the remaining address given will be filled in.
Email address is used for sending mail from the mail section (more on that later).
phone number if someone lives near you and would like to contact you with a question (not required).
groups
There are several groups you can subscribe to.
The idea is that if someone has a question, they can ask it within the group of interested parties with hopefully a clear answer to their question.
You will receive mail from the groups you subscribed to when someone sends mail from that group.
This also allows you to send messages within a group, this does not apply to the option show all subscribed groups.
With this option you will see all other club members who have also subscribed to the groups you have registered.
If you choose the following image in the overview, you will see all the fields filled in for that person.
The first column also lists the approximate distance from your address as the crow flies in order of shortest distance to the top.
Each new member is added to this application and the person chooses whether to join or not.

For each group above, a WhatsApp group has been created within the club with an administrator for this purpose
Now you can request to join the relevant WhatsApp group
For this you must do the following:
enter a valid phone number
and enable whatsapp
every time you create a group, an email will be sent to the relevant administrator who can add you to the list
If you have not received a message after 2 weeks that you have been added to the group, please send a message to the administrators of the application
If you do not want an email to be sent and you do not want to end up in WhatsApp, make sure you see the following symbol
If you want to leave a WhatsApp group, you must do so yourself from your WhatsApp application on your mobile phone
In the overview of all supporters, the email address is listed per person so that you can contact us individually.
Just don't know if they'd appreciate it if you did.
Within the application you can mail to the various supporters in an interest group.
This is done under the account of this site and everyone is in the BCC so you should respond via the site again.
The first line contains the email address of the person who sent the email
So if anyone knows the answer to the question then feel free to reply directly to the person or through the application then everyone will know it's 'solved'.
Comment button
If something doesn't work or if you have comments on something, please do so via the comment button.
This mail will then be sent to all administrators, with your name and email address as a comment.
You can also send a message to the member administration employee via the site fischertechnikclub.nl (if you cannot log in, you will not see this screen).
Completion
Any addition to the program is always welcome (eg a new interest group).

You understand that the data of the different persons may not be distributed in any other way than only using the application.
